Patrick Baldwin has specialized in securities and investment fraud for over 42 years. He started his career as an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. (Market Regulation and Corporation Finance). Over 42 years, Patrick has represented thousands of defrauded investors in virtually every type of securities case. Patrick has represented clients in connection with Ponzi Schemes, violation of Rule 10b-05, misrepresentation and fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, financial elder abuse and related investment fraud issues. Patrick has also represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in litigation and regulatory matters. As co-founder of a California telecommunications company, he was responsible for the “roll up” of hundreds of millions of dollars of minority interest in cellular telephone licenses.
